Miles Kane

Miles Kane at the O2 Institute, Birmingham

On 27th November, Miles Kane performed at the O2 Institute in Birmingham as part of his expansive UK tour. The tour highlighted the great material from his new album Coup De Grace (2018) ,as well as some fabulous stuff from his first two solo albums: Colour of the Trap (2011) and Don’t Forget Who You Are (2013) . Kane was full of energy and entertained the crowd throughout the night. This even included Miles having a couple of conversations with some avid dancers in the crowd.

Cabbage, an energetic indie rock band from Tameside, supported Kane throughout the tour. The lively foursome ripped the stage with their vivacious sound, rebellious guitar riffs, and loud demeanor.

Here are a few snaps from the night.

The new album sounded great live, including rip-roaring tracks like Cry on My Guitar, Wrong Side of Life and Something to Rely On. The crowd were always up for singing along too!

Truly a showman.
Miles Kane.
He even performed Hot Stuff by Donna Summer and got everyone to sing along! This was where he spotted one individual enthusiastically dancing on the balcony and engaged in conversation with him.

It was a wonderful night. Stay tuned for more gig reviews!
