Amber Run release ‘What Can Be As Lonely As Love’

Back in July, we reviewed the Amber Run single ‘Neon Circus’. Now, the British rockers have released the last single from their upcoming album Philophobia. ‘What Can Be Lonely as Love’ is a dreamy late-night mood trip.

“Unconsciously, over the course of our three records, it feels like we’ve started to soundtrack the more difficult moments in people’s lives” explained Amber Run frontman Joe Keogh. “With this song, we wanted to juxtapose the sentiment of not feeling worthy of love with a more optimistic soundtrack, in order to gain some perspective when you’re too deep in the situation to see clarity. We wanted both sides of the coin.”

Philophobia will be out on September 27th via Easy Life Records.

Amber Run are currently playing at various venues across Europe. With the band’s third album releasing next week, they will also be playing at dates in October (UK) and November (US), which will see them playing their new material. Check out the dates below and click here to grab tickets!
