VALERAS unveil fiery new song ‘Playing With A Gun’
VALERAS spent a crazy 2018 playing alongside the likes of YONAKA, The Amazons and Fickle Friends, beaming off the success of their debut EP Knives and Flowers. This exciting Reading band have now dropped ‘Playing With a Gun’, a stomping new track.
Still possessing the infectious demeanor of singles like ‘Louder’, ‘Playing With A Gun’ shines with its angst-driven guitar and bass riffs. This angst is also wonderfully complemented by the vocals of lead Rose, which are infectious, hypnotic and fiery in their delivery. Moreover, its drums give the track a really rebellious touch, and we just can’t get enough of it. With an alluring and teasing spirit that warmly reminds us of YONAKA’s Don’t Wait ‘Til Tomorrow, ‘Playing with a Gun’ is a magical rock number that is enjoyable on both the first and fifth listen.
