Lucas Watt defies monotony in ‘I Don’t Feel Fine’

Back from a sold-out UK tour with JP Cooper, Leeds singer-songwriter Lucas Watt has released his exhilerating new single ‘I Don’t Feel Fine’, which was co-written with muscian Casey Lowry and his guitarist Raffer.

‘I Don’t Feel Fine’ defies against the monotony of everyday life with its soaring chorus and powerful vocals from Lucas. The Skipton singer-songwriter has described the track as “an anthem for the masses that loudly shouts about a common feeling of being caught in a routine”. As a matter of fact, the subject matter is quite apt for today, as people across the country are trying to make the most of their new indoor routines.

Up to now, Lucas Watt has supported the likes of Larkins, Shed Seven and Giant Rocks. He is inspired by artists such as Sam Fender, Sundara Karma, Tom Grennan and The Night Café. His 2019 single ‘dirty teens’ was warmly received, garnering over 11,000 streams on Spotify.
